10 years of business excellenceSpecialist call centre recruiter, Teleresources Consultancy, celebrates 10 years of business excellence. The company has achieved outstanding growth since it opened for business above a shop in Edgware in 1996, becoming one of best known call centre recruitment agencies and finding jobs for thousands of people each year. With a Head Office now in Elstree and with an annual turnover of more than £12 million and staff based from regional centres in the UK Teleresources has expanded with the growth in the UK call centre industry. The company's commitment and vision remains the same; to be recognised as the best by the most important audience - our customers - both employers and job seekers. Teleresources has grown on the quality of its service and its willingness to innovate in the market. This started with the introduction of the volume recruitment arm in 1999. Today this division works with leading UK companies who outsource their advert response, telephone interviews and assessment centres to the company to manage on their behalf. In the same year Teleresources launched its executive division focused on providing a senior recruitment offering for managers and directors. In 2005 Teleresources launched Tanner Menzies a field sales and marketing brand due to the natural similarities between the type of individual required. 2005 also saw the launch of TRC Solutions who specialise in the recruitment process outsourcing market. More recently the company has been looking at innovation in candidate incentives with 20Q's and Curry Vouchers and looking forward sees an emerging market in home agents as call centres run out of space in their car parks and buildings to house more staff. As well as strong customer relationships Teleresources is extremely proud of their people and recognises the need to support and reward its staff. The company operates a number of reward and recognition schemes and spends time listening to new ideas through their Bright Sparks scheme. "This is an important mile stone for Teleresources as a company," comments Sally Wells, Managing Director, Teleresources Consultancy. "The company has demonstrated success in a niche market and we have proactively expanded our offerings to continue to lead the way. We are very pleased with what we have accomplished and of the established team who continue to drive the business forward. We look forward to the next 10 years and the exciting opportunities that home agents and new outsourcing recruitment models will bring."
