IMPACT is totally customised to your needs. A bespoke assessment centre is designed and built in partnership using the following integral elements as appropriate.

Job Analysis, Competency Profiling and Behavioural Classification
Teleresources prides itself on the attention that it dedicates to this crucial stage of the process. In order to distinguish the competencies that will form the basis of the assessment centre exercises, we observe employees operating within your workplace. We identify key tasks, abilities and skills, which are then agreed by you as the most important criteria for the role.

Advertising Response Handling and Applicant Screening
Having determined the core competencies, we work in partnership with you to outline an effective advertising campaign. We provide advice on media, copywriting and if required design and layout to maximise candidate attraction.

Our IMPACT response centre is manned with experienced consultants, who are trained to industry accredited standards. These dedicated personnel screen and assess all applicants against your criteria. A shortlist of suitable candidates and response statistics is delivered to an agreed timescale.

Bespoke assessment centre
The IMPACT assessment centre is created to provide candidates with an enjoyable experience, so that they retain a positive impression of the process and your company. According to the complexity of the roles(s) they are between a half and two days in duration.

Using the core competencies identified during the job analysis, customised individual and group exercises are designed to reflect your working environment. Candidates can be interviewed in a virtual environment allowing communication or "soft skill" competencies to be reviewed. Fluency and language skills can be confirmed by recording candidates using audio-visual software as they answer pre-determined questions.

Teleresources believes in the benefit of training your line managers to be part of your observer team. Candidates are evaluated performing the simulated exercises. Their ability is measured against the specific competencies and results are systematically recorded. Our dedicated IMPACT software processes these results to produce a report which is reviewed by the observer team. Offers are then extended and feedback provided.

Development centre
IMPACT can also be tailored so that it becomes an appropriate tool to assess a number of potential candidates who are being considered for promotion to the same role(s). In this way it becomes an internal development centre. Key competencies are identified in exactly the same way and employees measured against the criteria to determine those most suitable for development or promotion.
