Look at this check list to see if you could make the home set-up* requirements:
- Room for a desk/workstation.
- Reliably quiet and uninterrupted workspace.
- No extraneous noises (for example barking dogs, children, music etc).
- Access to your home for set-up.
The rest is provided for you:
- A workstation and computer which are connected to the call centre system only.
- Headset and IP telephone (for system use only).
- You will receive training sufficient to undertake your assignment. This may be online, over the phone or at a client or local site.
- Support of your team and supervisor via online chat rooms and telephone support.
We are looking for high quality candidates that will commit to long term home working assignments.
