Teleresources Executive

Database Search:
Over the last ten years, Teleresources Executive has grown a talent pool of senior contact centre professionals, which we believe to be the largest of its kind anywhere in the UK. Due to our process of 'career tracking', we are able to quickly and accurately identify and introduce clients to candidates they would otherwise never have the opportunity of speaking to. Also using a number of online databases, Teleresources Executive will always explore this method before embarking upon more costly and time-consuming search and selection alternatives.

Advertised Assignment:
A targeted assignment in the relevant media delivers increased client brand awareness in the market, whilst reducing their time spent screening and shortlisting. Effective at reaching candidates who may not be on our database, advertised assignments also offer the additional benefit of tapping into the large 'passive market' of candidates not actively job hunting.

Executive Search/Headhunting:
Search is used to resource candidates with very specific skill sets and for highly confidential, targeted assignments. By the very nature of search, it offers the additional benefit of tapping into all candidates, whether actively job hunting or not; the process is labour intensive, yet highly effective as a means of identifying, attracting and securing exactly the right candidate.

Psychometric Testing/Assessment:
As part of the selection process, Teleresources Executive can facilitate the psychometric testing of candidates using the Thomas International assessment suite. This is a validated, non-critical, behavioural analysis that will emphasise a candidate's strengths and capabilities in the work environment, i.e. to uncover personality rather than skill. An indispensable tool to those involved in the selection, appraisal and development process, the Thomas International will show: what candidates are really like to work with, the type of work that is best suited, how they react under pressure and their key strengths and weaknesses.

Interim Management:
Employing an interim manager for a one off project, or to manage change or cover for long-term absence can offer genuine advantages without the costly increase in headcount. Our database talent pool also includes dynamic, self-motivated and mature managers, with proven track records, who have specifically chosen Interim Management as a career, because they enjoy the flexibility, challenge and change that it affords them. Our interim managers bring fresh new ideas from a vast range of sectors and are available for assignments of one month or greater.

Overseas appointments:
